After completing a wholesale deal your customers
information will automatically be saved in your
list of wholesale dealers for future use. This mean
less double entry and less time to complete future

CAR PICTURE PREVIEW  |

From any open dialog screen or the vehicle status
module you can click and hold your left mouse button
down on any car to view a picture for that car.
This allows you to see what car you are selecting
before you select it. In order to see a picture
for any car one must be added for that car in the
inventory desk first. If more than one photo is
added for any car only the first image will show
in the picture preview. |

scheme of AutoXplorer as often as you like and to

DATABASE BACKUP |

Backup your AutoXplorer data as often as you like.
AutoXplorer allows you to backup your database to
a floppy drive, flash drive, secondary hard drive,
or another folder on your main hard drive. We recommend
backing up your data at the very least once a week. |

DATABASE RESTORE |
|
If for any reason your computer crashes or you
had to reinstall your AutoXplorer software you can
restore your backed up data into your program. |

DEFAULT PRINTER SETUP |

If you have more then one printer connected to
your computer (one for printing contracts, and one
for printing reports) you can specify which printer
you want used for printing contracts and which printer
you want used for printing reports. This feature
allows you to set it and forget it. You no longer
have to preview a print job in order to select which
printer you want to use. |

AutoXplorer allows you to sort certain screens
by make, model, year, body style, stock no, color,
or vin. Also the next time you open the same screen
again AutoXplorer remembers your previous sort option,
so your screen looks the same as it did before you

information over and over with a drivers license
scanner. All you need to do is swipe your customers
drivers license and AutoXplorer will fill in all

for 35 states. You can print all of your states

If you are a large dealership that sells a high
volume of cars each and every month then you are
no stranger to having hundreds if not thousands
of deals in your software program. View recent deals
or cars can be a pain if you have to sort through
that many deals. AutoXplorer allows you to "hide"
deals or cars sold before a given date. This means
you can set AutoXplorer to only show you deals or
cars for the past year. At any given time you can
remove this filter to view all of your deals. |

convenience. You no longer have to have a bunch
of windows open on your computer or minimize your

KBB IMPORT WIZARD |

AutoXplorer allows you to import your cars from
Kelly Blue Book. This is a useful feature if you
input all of your cars into KBB first to get their
book values and do not want to do double entry.

This feature eliminates the need to change your
loan term to find out what your customers payments
will be for that given term. With one click you
can view your customers payments for 12, 18, 24,

Not only does AutoXplorer give you the ability
to create backups to a floppy drive, flash drive,
or hard drive but you can create backups to our
secure online server. External media can always
go bad but with a secure server you are virtually
guaranteed to have a backup if your AutoXplorer
goes down. All you need is to have an internet
connection and you can backup and restore your
data using our online server.

QUICKBOOKS |
|
AutoXplorer is integrated with QuickBooks 2005
or higher. No more double entry for your accountant
or bookkeeper. AutoXplorer will sync your Vendors
and Vehicles including any payments made for the
car to QuickBooks, these payments include any recon
costs and the vehicles purchase cost. You can then
open your QuickBooks to print checks. |

RECAP DEAL
|
|
Recap your deals by giving your salesman and F&I
managers commission and entering your costs/rates
for any additional products sold such as gap insurance,
accessories, service contracts, etc. You can view
your Commission Gross, Sales Gross, F&I Gross,
and your Net Profit from one screen. When you are
ready to transfer your deal to sold status you can
do that from within this screen. |

RECURRING BUYERS |

You can use this feature to save time on filling
in your customers information if they have previously
bought a car from you. All of your previous customers
are saved in your database and this screen shows
you a searchable list of your past customers. Simply
find the customer you are looking for and click
ok and watch as all of their information is filled
in for you. |

REPORT PRINTING |
|
Depending on which version of AutoXplorer you
have, there are a number of pre-programmed reports
for you to choose from. Reports are broken down
into three (3) categories: Available Inventory,
Sold Inventory, and Management. Once a report is
selected you can filter it by a date range and sort
it by any number of given fields in ascending or
descending order. |

REPORT SORTING CAPABILITIES |
|
All of our reports come with the ability to sort
by any field that is on that given report. For example
if you run an available inventory report that has
the following fields: make, model, year, asking
price, stock no, vin number. You have the ability
to choose how you want the report sorted by any
of those fields. |

RESERVE DISCOUNT CALCULATION |
|
If your lender or financial institution has a
reserve discount applied to your deals then you
can enter this amount into AutoXplorers recap screen.
You also have the option of having your reserve
discount deducted from your gross profit. |

ROLLBACK PAYMENTS |

After you have completed your deal you come to
notice that your customers payments are not what
you had in mind. You can use this feature to set
a desired payment and adjust one of many fields
to reach your desired payment. The fields that you
can rollback on are: Price, Down Payment, Trade
Allowance, Interest, and Loan Term. |

SALES DESK

AutoXplorers Sales Desk is packed with features
to help you sell cars. You will use each and every
one of the five tabs to complete your deal. First,
the Deal Worksheet is where you enter all of your
deals specifications on one screen including asking
price, cash down, accessories, trade ins, service
contracts, gap insurance, and many more. Second,
the Customer Tab is where you enter your buyers
and co-buyers information along with their current
car insurance information. Third, the Vehicle tab
is where you can run a AutoCheck vehicle history
report and enter the cars ROS number and mileage
out. Fourth, the Deal Structure shows a breakdown
of your entire deal. You can also print a generic
purchase order from this tab or use the faxing module
to fax a copy to your lender. Finally, the Notes
tab can be used to store any notes about this deal
or your customer. |

AutoXplorers VIN decoder will decode any valid
17 digit vin and filling the following information
for you: year, make, model, body style, fuel type,
engine description, and drive train. |

WebXplorer is the portal used by AutoXplorer
to get your inventory connected with the world
wide web. Using WebXplorer you can upload cars
to your company's website, AutoTrader, or Cars.com.
You have complete and real time control of what
cars you want to advertise online.
(A valid AutoTrader, Cars.com, or AutoXplorer
website account is required to use this feature.
Website Updates are done in real time, AutoTrader
and Cars.com take 24 hours to update.) |
